All pricing on this website is subject to change and we reserve the right to make adjustments and corrections to pricing at any time. Unless otherwise provided on the website, all prices displayed on the bawkcoffee.com website are quoted in United States dollars for users accessing the website from anywhere in the World.
The Company reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on products offered through the Website without incurring any obligation to you.
The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute the Company’s acceptance of an order. Prior to the Company’s acceptance of an order, verification of information and approval of the order may be required, including without limitation, confirmation of shipping location, availability of the product, and confirmation of the listing price. The Company reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from the Company, for any reason. The Company reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any item and to refuse service to any customer without prior notification.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or otherwise, the Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel that order placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and payment made. If your payment has been made and your order is cancelled, the Company shall promptly issue a credit to the account used to make the purchase in the amount of the incorrect price.
Shipping, Duties and Taxes
At times we offer free* delivery on orders in selected regions and a substantially reduced shipping charge for regions that do not qualify. Please see below.
We currently ship to most addresses within Canada and the United States only. We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes. Please see below, or contact email@example.com for more details.
ALL SHIPPING CHARGES, DUTIES and TAXES are calculated as part of the check-out process, and you will have the opportunity stop the check-out process if these charges are not acceptable to you.
We reserve the right to change carriers, allowable shipping locations or adjust rates from time to time.
Shipping rates form our warehouse
Standard shipping rates apply unless the order qualifies for free shipping and you select the free shipping option at check-out. Items shipped to certain provinces or territories are not eligible for free shipping.
If the order does not qualify for free* shipping, orders may qualify for significantly reduced shipping rates based on order volume. Shipping rates applicable to your order will appear in the shipping option box before you place your order.
We currently do not ship to: American Samoa, Armed Forces Pacific, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands and Palau, Alaska and Hawaii
We endeavour to process your order within 2 business days if you order Monday to Friday. If one or more products are on backorder or out of stock, processing may be delayed and we will send you a notification email.
We do not guarantee delivery dates. Most shipments within USA & Canada arrive within 5-8 business days from the date they leave our warehouse in the USA, but if you choose the free shipping option or if your order is being shipped to the Canada, your order may take longer to arrive. The estimated delivery time may depend on the carrier selected at the time of check-out.
If we anticipate a significant or unusual delay with your delivery, we will send you a notification email.
We are not responsible for a failure to timely deliver products where that failure is caused by a force majeure event, such as an act of God, flood, fire, war, terrorism, labour stoppages or strikes, or other causes out of our control.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for all products purchased by you and shipped by the Company pass to you upon the Company’s deliver to the carrier for shipment.
Returns & Replacements
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on our products.
If you receive a product that is defective or that was damaged in transit, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, invoice reference number and an explanation of the defective or damaged product. We will arrange to ship a replacement product to you, and may provide a return shipping label for the return of the defective or damaged product. We do not provide a refund or reimbursement for any taxes, duties, or shipping costs that you incur. We reserve the right to require evidence of the defective or damaged product, including photographic evidence, before processing a return.
